On 24 July 2024, at 5 p.m in 'Dhana Dhanya Mancha' an Award Ceremony 'Maha Nayak Samman' was held. In this award ceremony the Hon' ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee with many other dignitaries was present. 500 folk arististes from South 24 Parganas & North 24 Parganas each and 200 from Howrah district i.e. a total of 1200 folk artistes of different art forms participated in the programme.
