Workshop and Programme on Folk Dance: Darjeeling

A three (3) day Folk Dance workshop and programme was organised from 27th - 29th February, 2024 at Gorkha Rangamancha Bhavan, Darjeeling by FTCC in association with DICO, Darjeeling. Eminent dancers Rajen Gurung, Prabhas Tamang, Ashok Thapa, Sunil Rai, Deepen Tamang and Lamhu Sherpa were present as instructors. The workshop imparted training in Shilli, Jhakri, Sabru and Chabrung dances. Around three hundred (300) artistes participated in the workshop.
