State animal welfare fortnightly programme of Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals was held at West Bengal Veterinary Council meeting hall, Kolkata on 30th January, 2024. Ghora dance of Purba Bardhaman district was performed. In total eight (8) folk artistes participated in the programme.
