Biswa Bangla Lokosanskriti Utsab was held on from 25th December,2023 - 1st January, 2024 at Charukala Mukta Mancha. The curtain raiser of the said programme was held on 23rd December, 2023 at Rabindra Sadan Premises. Six hundred seven (607) folk artistes of various colourful folk forms from all districts of West Bengal participated in the festival.
