14th Rajya Sishu Kishore Utsab was held from 25th - 28th December, 2023 at Balurghat. The folk artistes from North Bengal districts performed the colourful folk dances like Maruni, Lakhe, Lion, Bagpa, Khan Pala and Bhawaiya Song was performed from different districts of West Bengal. Ninety six (96) folk artistes participated in 5 days festival.
